Full Job Description

Sage Network Platform is the technology platform that powers Sage Network, connecting the world's accounting systems to any business workflow. Sage Network embeddable components allow Sage Network developers to embed key workflows and capabilities directly into their applications. We are searching for a Product Manager to build and own the strategy and backlog for embeddable components, driving a high-quality experience for Sage Network Developers and users. You will be collaborative and commercially focused, with deep understanding of the needs of customers and developers. To thrive in this role, you must have experience working in technical product management or exposure to developer ecosystems and APIs. You will understand the importance of customer experience and how to deliver experiences that delight.,

  • Develop deep knowledge of developer and customer needs
  • Assemble data about how developers and customers engage with our products
  • Track industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to discover and deliver effective solutions
  • Understand and navigate key constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy

    Past Product Management expertise delivering high quality user experiences
  • Experience working with developers, APIs or as a technical product manager
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Proven ability to determine solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Thrives when working in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, influenced to deliver even bigger results
  • Managing a product backlog, balancing must-have requirements with timelines
  • Preferred:
  • Experience delivering developer tools and components
  • Design acumen, iterative designing and prototyping
  • Experience in Agile development and product management methodologies
