Full Job Description

  • Colleague Networks - internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and provide support to one another, This is a full-time role secondment until July 2025, however flexibility in this will be considered

  • What you'll do
  • Contribute and support to the implementation & testing of the new specification system via data migration.
  • Completion & maintenance of Specification Status Trackers to ensure accurate data available to key stakeholders.
  • Complete objectives and KPIs (e.g. Mass Updates / Allergen Audits) - providing updates each reporting period/as required.
  • Provide specification detail reports to relevant stakeholders such as; Where used reports, Specification status updates etc.
  • Responsible for the CST Inbox and ensuring all emails are forwarded to the relevant function or raised at the relevant meetings
  • Responsible for leading team meetings and ensuring notes & actions are taking and resolved prior to the next meeting
