This role includes involvement in key projects such as UK Distribution Center and retail store expansions. An understanding of supply chains and a curiosity about how evolving market landscapes and technology can elevate consumer experiences are essential. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Your mission will be to empower, motivate, and guide the local technology team in achieving objectives and advancing business goals while upholding brand image and minimizing risks. This includes ensuring alignment with SLAs and ITIL standards for customers across both wholesale and retail environments in London, UK, and Ireland. You will prioritize operational excellence in technology support, focusing on London HQ and regional stores. You will be responsible for aligning decisions with global and EMEA policies, evaluating potential business impacts, and maintaining Service Level Agreements with minimal disruption. Managing budgets-including forecasting for key lifecycle operations, technical debt, and unplanned work-is a key responsibility. You'll ensure adherence to strategic standards across areas like End User Compute and infrastructure, delivering first-class tools to employees for seamless collaboration and communication. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Reporting to the EMEA Senior Manager of Corporate Field & Support, with a dotted line to the local business leader in London, you will collaborate with both business and technology teams. You'll engage with multiple technology infrastructure and support areas, representing EMEA Key City London to all technology teams and vice versa. Building strong partnerships with Marketplace Operations, Brand, and Local leadership, you'll ensure technology is integrated and influential in the local business strategy. This role is a critical connection between the business and technology teams, driving strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead our technology teams in the EMEA Key City of London, covering the UK & Ireland. Based in our London headquarters, this role requires a leader with experience in managing technology operations that integrate multiple managed services and diverse resources. Candidates should have a track record of building and mentoring high-performing, multifaceted technology teams, coupled with a strong ability to connect technology with business strategy.,

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, fostering team and individual performance through open and honest communication.
  • Proven experience in managing global outsourcing deals and familiarity with methodologies like Lean, Agile, and ITIL processes.
  • Expertise in IT Service Delivery, including managing ICT service performance, SLAs, OLAs, and underpinning contracts.
  • Project management capabilities, including leading small technology projects and representing technology in larger, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable solutions as a technology leader.
