Therapy Development Manager UK - Heart Failure (CardioMems)

Bring your passion, ideas and purpose to life in a company that can truly help you achieve your full potential., As a Therapy Development Manager you will take care of coordination and optimization of activities in implanting centers as well as referral sites in a respective area to present Abbott as ideal long-term partner in the heart surgical as well as cardiology field and to develop inpatient and outpatient heart failure referral programs. This is a commercial sales manager role, in this role you will be responsible to meet and drive negotiations with procurement departments hospitals, pricing, order processing and coordinating. Additionally, you will lead any market development activities, events and the clinical support. In this role, you will need to achieve regional sales and strategy targets as well as identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. Furthermore, you will assess the heart failure business and market development opportunities to drive sales and provides field support in the implementation of specific heart failure marketing and sales initiatives.

• Experience in a clinical setting providing acute or outpatient care to patients with cardiovascular diseases. Experience in Heart Failure is considered as an asset.
• Commercial acumen and proven track record of successfully managing a sales region/territory
• Marketing and communication experience would be considered as an asset
• Strong negotiation skills
