Full Job Description

A car accident can be a traumatic time for all parties involved. This role supports both Hastings customers and other effected parties when an accident is not their fault. As a Hire Monitor Handler you will provide vehicle repair and car hire solutions to the non fault party, and provide an excellent customer experience that demonstrates Hasting's Market leading customer service. As a Hire Monitor Claims handler you will learn basic legal liability and insurance indemnity outcomes, and how to value/negotiate customer losses to ensure the claims costs are kept to a minimum.,

    Starting salary of £24,300
