Full Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity for a Tobacco Dependency advisor to be based at Ipswich Hospital, Suffolk supporting patients attending A&E under the COSTED Pilot Programme. The role will require supporting patients with stop smoking support and treatment at the Ipswich Hospital site., To engage with patients in the acute setting to provide Smoking Cessation advice and support, along with recommendations for NRT where required

Apply behaviour change techniques to support complex individual lifestyle changes, e.g goals setting, confidence building
