Are you a chartered Town Planning Director in the Birmingham/Midlands market wanting to play a key part in our ambitious growth strategy? Do you have a proven track record in securing and delivering planning projects across the region? Have you lead and mentored teams and have a keen eye for identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth? If so, we would love to hear from you., Given the scale of the opportunity, you will be a chartered Town Planner operating at Director level (we may also consider an experienced Associate Director) with excellent technical Planning skills and a commercial mindset. Setting ourselves apart from our competitors and being leaders in our class is fundamental to our growth strategy, we are therefore looking for knowledge and experience gained from within the Birmingham/Midlands market and likely from a competing consultancy or private sector organisation.

You will ideally have experience of Local Plan Examination hearings, planning appeals and inquiries. We would consider applications from various sectors within Town Planning that compliment or add to our existing areas of expertise. The leadership team and the wider Birmingham planning team will offer a highly supportive approach and integrate you into devising the business development strategy for the region. You will play a key role in leading and mentoring the team.
