Full Job Description

We seek a Trainee Performance Analyst to join our Performance Measurement Team. In this role, you will train to support the team in calculating and reporting fund performance. The Performance Measurement Team plays a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely performance analysis to both external and internal clients, providing essential business support. About the role

  • Calculating and reporting fund performance and attribution for both internal and external clients.
  • Calculating and report fund performance, including attribution, for unitised funds for RLAM's onshore and offshore ranges.
  • Support other BAU processes including performance for RLAM's Client Group
  • Support the GIPS reporting and verification process
  • Support maintenance of the performance & attribution system (FactSet)

    Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and manipulation.
  • Attention to detail for accurate performance calculations.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate analysis findings.
  • Willingness to train and learn performance measurement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and metrics is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking aptitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools.
