As the training manager, you'll lead the training and development strategy for all colleagues, shaping end-to-end learning experiences from onboarding through to continuous development. There's a lot of room to make an impact, with the chance to establish and enhance training programs that keep guest experience at the heart of your efforts. You'll also oversee an inspiring outreach education program within the local community, which includes career workshops, summer schools, apprenticeships, and mentorships. In addition, you'll manage the Learning Management System and bring in innovative courses to elevate the team's skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or retail, with a strong understanding of the guest or customer experience. You'll be able to tie the training strategy to the enhancement of guest interactions, creating engaging and impactful learning content. Within a dedicated and passionate HR team, a collaborative and team-oriented approach is essential. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, along with a bonus and benefits package that includes hybrid working, free event tickets, healthcare, and 33 days of holiday.
