Full Job Description

The purpose of this Training Manager role is to work as a key member of the Safety Services team designing and delivering effective training programmes to support the broad range of safety and compliance requirements. The role will drive the competency improvement programme and conduct regular UCL wide reviews and analysis of training needs and competency requirements. The role will lead on multi-platform training delivery.

You will have significant experience in the development and delivery of training programmes with a training ethos that seeks to engage, educate, and empower staff at all levels. You'll be able to develop, review and implement a training matrix in line with current legislation and delivering training in a hybrid setting. You will have significant experience of working in Higher Education or similar complex organisation. Please refer to the job description for more details.
