Full Job Description

  • Running reports through the system, raising purchase orders and maintaining records.
  • Supporting the Site Supervisor, Transfer Station Site team & local Commercial Depot.
  • Communicating with internal & external drivers and Transfer Station Operatives daily.
  • Assist with the site and Driver compliance and vehicle planning.
  • Offer a first class customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Actioning customer queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
  • Ensuring all invoice and sales queries are handled fast and accurately.
  • Assisting in the compliant running of the Transfer Station, including operating the
    • Weighbridge when required.

    Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Previous Administration experience.
  • Customer service experience.
