Transport Supervisor

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Transport Supervisor to lead our Night Ops team in Wellingborough. Working for a prestigious new customer, you will fully run the nightly cross-docking transport operation, ensuring customer KPI's are met, all vehicles are operated within legal parameters and drivers are managed within compliance.,

• Ensuring the current transport plan is fully executed in line with or as close to the original plan
• Escalate any customer service delivery issues through discussion with the customer.
• Working with the Transport Compliance & QHSE Administrator to ensure fleet and drivers are fully compliant with legal and company requirements.

This is a Permanent full time role working Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00. However, flexibility is required. This is logistics after all!, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £37,000.00 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
