Tutorial Learning Mentor

We are seeking a new Tutorial Learning Mentor to join our growing team. We are looking for a dedicated learning professional to play a crucial role in supporting students' academic, personal, and social development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their educational goals. This post will see our new Tutorial Learning Mentor working in a team of TLM's and working closely with teaching staff and Course Leaders, embedding tutorial processes. You will support learners throughout their college journey, ensuring that they receive a high standard of advice and guidance. This role would suit an individual with experience of working with young people in an educational setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
