UK Sales Director - Commercial

We are currently recruiting for a UK Sales Director - Commercial to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of our sales strategy. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a combination of client site visits, office work, and home-based responsibilities.,

• Report to the UK VP of Sales and lead a team of approximately ten sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Focus on securing bookings from new and existing clients, managing performance against key targets, and building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous qualification processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing, to enhance sales outcomes.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and use data insights to inform decision-making.
• Support recruitment, development, and performance management within the team.
  
  A minimum of five years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proven success in both SMC and Enterprise sales environments.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
• Expertise in building relationships with senior executives across client organisations and partners, such as Microsoft and Hitachi.
• Commercially astute with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
