Urodynamic nurses - Weekdays & Weekends - London area

Outpatient Network are looking for Urodynamic Nurses to work with us in our Urodynamic insourcing clinics close to Chelmsford. We are able to offer competitive rates of pay paid via Ltd company or PAYE,

• Patient Preparation and Education: Explaining urodynamics tests, providing pre-test instructions, and obtaining informed consent from patients.
• Performing Urodynamic Tests: Setting up and operating urodynamics equipment, conducting tests such as uroflowmetry, cystometry, and pressure-flow studies, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Monitoring Patient Care: Observing patients during tests, addressing any discomfort or complications, and ensuring their well-being throughout the procedure.
• Data Collection and Documentation: Accurately recording test results, patient observations, and assisting in the interpretation of results for the healthcare team.
• Post-Test Care and Education: Providing post-procedure instructions, scheduling follow-up appointments, and offering guidance on next steps in treatment.
• Collaboration: Working closely with urologists and other healthcare providers to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Administrative and Operational Support: Maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and assisting with clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
