Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Road Risk Intelligence Data Specialist to support the wider Fleet team, sharing your skills and experience to benefit in other areas of Fleet management as required. Using your analytical and data visualisation skills, support the implementation and on-going success of an effective and targeted occupational road risk strategy.

What you'll be doing as Road Risk Intelligence Data Specialist

Within this role, you will be responsible for the following:

+ Implementation of Road Risk strategies - Support the implementation and on-going success of our targeted occupational road risk strategy.
+ Analysis and trending of driver behaviour - Analyse driver and vehicle data, using both leading and lagging data trends to monitor the success of our occupational road risk strategy and adherence to company standards.
+ Driver risk profiling - Implement and maintain a new driver risk profiling platform which ensures the highest risk drivers are supported and our best drivers are recognised.
+ Risk reporting - Produce monthly reporting and dashboard to colleagues and directors to highlight risks, trends and progress aligned to our occupational road risk strategy.
+ Vehicle safety equipment - Ensure vehicle safety equipment (telematics and dashcams) is functioning correctly to ensure data is always readily available and accurate.

+ Experience or Knowledge of using Power BI.
+ Be confident in using Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to analyse large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
+ UK Driving Licence is desirable.
+ An understanding of Vehicle Telematics data is desirable.

+ Offering between £35,000 to £41,000 per annum depending on experience and skills.
+ 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus, bank holidays)
