Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Visor Officer in CID (18.5 hours per week)

What you will be doing?

To provide a Force Central Point of Contact in order to facilitate the receipt of data between forces and to quality assure the management of Visor records and data, providing performance data for management purposes

Maintaining, updating and quality assuring Dyfed Powys Area VISOR records, assuring their quality

Receiving convictions from the courts and creating VISOR records in respect of those required to register with the police, resolving discrepancies regarding court paperwork.

To be able to process Freedom of Information requests efficiently and conduct advanced searches on the VISOR database
