Waiter

The role of a Waiter is pivotal to the success of Individual Restaurants and requires an individual who is passionate about customer service and hospitality. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure., + Greeting customers and taking their orders
+ Serving food and drinks
+ Providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
+ Handling payments and processing transactions
+ Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
+ Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
+ Adhering to health and safety regulations

+ Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work well under pressure
+ Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
