Full Job Description

  • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment for staff customers and visitors
  • Maintain company/branch procedures and plans set by Branch Manager and Head Office
  • Manage the Warehouse and Transport staff, setting an example with regards to attitude, appearance and overall requirements, Report and correct any breaches of Health & Safety
  • Supervising day-to-day operations
  • Maintain department procedures and stock locations. Liaise with the Branch Manager
  • Day-to-day management of the warehouse, staff and drivers maintaining the standard of Health & Safety
  • Other ad-hoc duties where and when required
  • Overseeing Goods-In/Out, ensuring that orders are correct and on time
  • Be a key holder
  • Ensuring security of the Branch
  • Ensuring yard and warehouse is open on time for trading.

    All applicants must have a forklift license, reach and counterbalance.

    We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our busy, friendly Brockley branch. This is a full time, permanent role. We offer full training but you must have some warehouse management experience in a similar industry to ours.
