Full Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Assistant Director for Employee Experience and Wellbeing and the wider Employee Experience and Wellbeing team within CTM Health Board. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. The diverse responsibilities, include: Managing the shared email account, handling sensitive queries, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Supporting the Assistant Director for Employee Experience and Wellbeing with stakeholder relationships, weekly meetings, administrative tasks (typing, minute-taking, mail handling), and diary management. Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver a range of initiatives associated with employee experience and workplace wellbeing and support the implementation of a selection of projects. Build and maintain strong influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating complex activities such as updating systems, maintaining intranet pages, creating presentations, and organising team meetings. Maintaining stock levels, ordering merchandise supplies, and distributing information across the team. Acting as the first point of contact for queries and providing support for both internal and external communications, including handling calls, emails, and letters from those in distress. To plan and co-ordinate forums and communication groups to widen engagement with the Wellbeing and Employee Experience agenda
