Full Job Description
Reporting to the Yard Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our daily site salvage operation process.,
- Booking in vehicles for collection
- Sorting post and responding to letters and emails
- Processing appropriate paperwork for vehicles to be collected or delivered
- Calling customers confirming the sale price of vehicles
- Processing payments and costing deliveries
- Processing, chasing and filing invoices
- Liaise with finance team regards buyer payments
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbally - Previous experience in a similar customer facing role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable and self motivated
- Ability to work closely within a small team

Day shift, Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5pm - Ongoing training and professional development.
