Full Job Description
As a Production Mover you work as part of a team to ensure production line(s) are serviced with their requirements to hit schedule and accurate transactions are performed to facilitate this. You're responsible for checking and timely progression of batch documents, as well as ensure high standards, according to procedures, GMP and Safety standards are being followed. You make sure tasks are being carried out in a smooth controlled manner, achieving production/warehouse schedules and you resolve issues as they arise to continuously meet customer service, cost and quality targets. In this role you will…
- Check production schedule and plan workload as required
- Work closely with area FLL
- Stage required materials in line with production schedule
- Reconcile completed production process orders
- Review/Check batch documentation and progress to quality
- Order consumables from the warehouse/external suppliers
- Prepare/print batch documentation including labels
- Dispatch orders
- Receive deliveries of consumables orders
- Use of Electric pallet truck
- Routine quality checks and control of Work Orders
- Completion of stock write-off process
- Cleaning of components/materials into Grade D materials airlock
Have GCSE's including Maths and English or equivalent. - Transparency, respect, integrity, patient focus.
- Teamwork, courage, development, and accountability.
- Learn fast and have a desire to develop new skills both for yourself and the team.
- MERPS/SAP experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be able to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Have flexibility to work the defined shift patterns to support the business
