HR Business Partner
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£35,785 to £37,782 per annum
An opportunity has arisen to join the busy HR Team at City College Norwich. The role of HR Business Partner operates across all of the College’s campuses but is based at the College’s campus in the centre of Norwich. The role provides high level technical support to line managers on a range of workforce issues, as well as taking the lead in particular areas of HR.
Applicants should be CIPD qualified to least level 5 and hold current chartered membership of the CIPD. Recent experience of managing a varied and complex HR caseload, as well as an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation is essential. Experience gained in a public sector environment and use of an integrated HR and Payroll system such as MHR would be an advantage.
