Full Job Description
Join the LSH Auto family as a Service Advisor, where your customer service skills will be paramount to ensuring a top-tier experience for our valued clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, helping to facilitate a smooth service process. Hours - 45 Salary - £29,000 basic plus OTE bonus up to £45,000 Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and managing service appointments effectively
- Documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues with attention to detail
- Providing clear and accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
- Updating customers on their vehicle status and recommended services
- Effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns
The ideal candidate should possess: - Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- A solid understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in service-related computer applications
