Full Job Description
Our client, a market leader, is seeking multiple Customer Service Specialists to join their growing team on a permanent basis. They are happy to consider candidates who are looking for their first office-based role, as long as you bring strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity after training, blending office and remote work. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and deliver solutions.
- Accurately update customer records in the internal database.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
Are you eager to launch your career in a dynamic office environment? Do you want to apply your customer service skills in a professional, office-based role?, At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service role, or equivalent transferable skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A passion for personal development and career progression.
Competitive salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annum. - Hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the office following training.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
