Role Overview You will play a vital role in enhancing the way they deliver communication and collaboration services across the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing and improving key collaboration technologies ensuring their smooth operation and seamless integration within the company's broader IT ecosystem. Your work will focus on optimising product functionalities, evaluating new features, and ensuring that the collaboration tools meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers.
