Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our Vetting services team. Your role will involve providing administrative support for processing regulatory and non-regulatory tasks across all areas of Vetting Services. You will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and maintaining seamless service for our Partners and Advisers.,
- Providing administrative support for the processing of regulatory and non-regulatory tasks for all areas of Vetting Services.
- To obtain onboarding screening checks and the requesting of employment referencing to support checks.
- Provision of advice and the ability to resolve queries from other business areas and Partners/Advisers
- MI reporting to Operations Manager, to the agreed frequency and as required
- Managing day to day workflow to achieve target KPIs, changing priorities and supporting other Vetting Services areas, projects & initiatives.
- Deal with incoming phone calls or queries from other business areas or Advisers, confidently and competently dealing with the query or escalation
Operating in a busy and demanding role - Service excellence and issue resolution
- The ability to handle potentially sensitive and confidential information
- Administrative and operational experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to consistently work to high standards, managing workflow with minimal day to day supervision
- Good organisation and the ability to manage a range of tasks with conflicting priorities
- Excellent working knowledge of internal systems and Microsoft office package; Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum
