• Work closely and in partnership with the Probation service and the Police and take part in joint meetings
• Be prepared to carry out assessments or see service users at Probation, in Prison settings or the Custody suite if required
• Carry out home visiting or 'attrition visits' for service users who have failed to attend scheduled appointments or were risk indicators cause concern for their welfare.
• Support services user to detox either in the community or via residential units, and to access residential long-term rehabilitation at reducing the harm caused by opiate use, either through group sessions or one-on-one engagement.
• Ensure service users receive a comprehensive, recovery-focused detoxification plan, including pre-detox preparation and post-care support.
• Collaborate with other organisations and the community to enhance the recovery resources available to service users by referring them to mutual aid groups and other networks.
• Advocate for the involvement of family members, service users, and the community.
• Serve as a voice for service users in accessing partnership services.
• Work closely with service users to facilitate their social (re)integration, enabling them to lead fulfilling and purpose-driven lives. This includes promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.

  We have an exciting opportunity for an Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our Warrington Team who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week Full time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 Dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours Contract Type: 6 months fixed term contract from contract starting.,
