Full Job Description

+ Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
+ Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
+ Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
+ Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
+ Observe, assess, and record children s progress, sharing insights with parents and carers.
+ Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
+ Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to maintain a safe setting.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner, qualified to Level 3 or higher, to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for fostering children s development through play-based learning., + Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
+ Experience working in an early years setting.
+ Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ A positive, proactive, and caring attitude.
+ A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
