Full Job Description
- Contact pre-qualified online fact find leads, that have been generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our ground-breaking mortgage score system.
- Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options to our customers, utilising Mojo's custom built in-house software. This entails assessing customers' applications and delivering high-quality recommendations at first point of contact.
- Take a proactive approach to keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with our exceptional team of administrators and case managers to support our customers' mortgage DIPS and applications, including requesting and checking customer documents.
- Support the Mojo product team's continuous innovation of outstanding mortgage advice technology by actively testing new ideas and processes.
You'll have CeMap and at least 2 years whole of market experience - Recent Experience with Residential and preferably BTL mortgage advising (Remo, FTB, Portfolio landlords, Second homes and PT)
- Organisation - we are busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you'll need to be organised, managing multiple cases at a time.
- You'll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers

- 1 x 9am - 6pm
- 2 x 11am - 8pm
- Fridays are 10am - 4pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am - 4pm) where possible, you will develop a regular pattern of shifts with your early and late shifts falling on the same days each week., What you'll get in return.. 100% remote working, £35,000 base salary (increasing up to £42,500 through tenure and performance), Great commission scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.. and because that isn't enough, you will also get an extra half day off for your birthday, full day off if you move house and 2 companywide close down days per year.
