Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to commence as soon as possible on a fixed term basis up to 31 March 2026 in the first instance. This post will be for 20 hours per week (mornings only) and the successful candidate must have held a full manual driving license for two years. About You This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, inspiring and motivated individual to move forward with their career. This post provides the opportunity to work closely with Senior Staff to support students with attendance and truancy issues. You will have the ability to liaise with parents, outside agencies, education welfare with regards to attendance and truancy issues. You will be expected to :
- To work directly with individuals or groups to raise self esteem and confidence of students with a view to improving personal and social skills including attendance
- Supporting parents and students, liaising with identified personnel
- Adjusting pupil timetables in conjunction with the pastoral team About Us Stafford Manor High School is an 11-18 school rooted in the local community.
