Assume responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the department. Champion and exemplify exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment practices. Contribute to the strategic growth of the college's Digital and IT portfolio in collaboration with the Management Team.

Proven experience in delivering education across key digital areas, including Computer Games, Networking, Coding, Cyber Security, Computer Science, and Digital Production and Design. A strong track record in Digital or IT education within a Further Education (FE) environment. Experience in curriculum development and fostering strong employer engagement. A genuine passion for creating engaging and high-quality learning experiences.

Candidates seeking the Market Rate Allowance must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of, and the ability to instruct at least three of the following subjects to Level 3 standard: Software Development, Coding (Python, C family), Games Development and Testing, Artificial Intelligence (TensorFlow/PyTorch), AR/VR (Games), Object-Oriented Programming, Cyber Security & Encryption, and Big Data/Data Mining.
