Full Job Description

- Will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, direct management of directly employed trade staff and specialist subcontractorsthe.
- Will have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Will ensure that all Statutory and Non-Statutory PPM work is carried out and is fully compliant with legislation, codes of practice, manufactures recommendations
- Will carry out risk assessments for each maintenance activity
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems with precision
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project success
- Adhere to safety standards and electrical codes
Fully qualified electrician, ideally holding a City and Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification and post-apprentice experience in a similar field. - City and Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing and Inspection.
- City and Guilds 18th Edition IET Regs.
- City and Guilds 2396
- HNC or HND
- Ability to use Microsoft applications and a PDA
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
