Full Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for managing patient pathways, liaising with patients, receiving and collating patient feedback and general administrative duties., Maintaining modality diaries, coordinating the requirements ofeach modality service and providing an efficient administration support to both the Admin and Clerical teams and clinical teams.
Being a point of contact for patients to give feedback and to liaise with management regarding key themes identified. To attend focus groups and referrers to promote the services provided by the CDC.
The post holder will have a positive, 'can do' attitude who is willing to work with multiple teams, and will be a reflection of the value that we bring from the NHS to our patients.
