Full Job Description
As a Commercial officer you'll be a critical link between the business and our customers with regular customer interaction. You'll be able to build an unrivalled understanding of our products, our customers and the way we do business.,
- Empower capture teams to win and deliver better business by supporting the development of accurate, timely and innovative contractual solutions with our customers and partners
- Draft and negotiate contract terms with customers using appropriate techniques, strategies and engaging the right subject matter experts
- Identify potential risks and liabilities in concepts, proposals and contracts and implement appropriate means to manage these.
- Instruct and administer new and existing business agreements providing trusted advice and guidance to ensure understanding of Rolls-Royce and customer obligations and contract points.

Key Qualifications & Skills to be successful in this role: - Sound business and commercial acumen including the ability to interpret commercial issues and understand the commercial components of deals and how to influence them.

- Collaborates well in a team environment, building relationships across the business and working collaboratively with other business areas and corporate functions
- Previous commercial and contracting experience would be advantageous.
