Are you passionate and driven to genuinely improve the lives of people and the teams who support them? Do you have experience in delivering training and the ability to truly engage and inspire people? If you do, then Orchard Care Homes have an exciting new opportunity for us as an Academy Trainer.

We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in training, learning and development or a similar role. You will be delivering our engaging training and coaching content for colleagues across our 23 Care Homes including Fire, BLS, and our career development programmes.

Required:

• Proven experience in training, learning and development, or similar role
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to travel across the group and has use of own vehicle
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast moving and dynamic workplace

Desirable:

• Strong knowledge of the care home sector
• Experience delivering BLS, Moving and Positioning, and Fire Safety training
• A teaching or mentoring qualification e.g., Level 3 Award in Education & Training - or equivalent
