Raising invoices to both internal and external customers for engine overhaul and repair, piece part repair and working parties and associated sundry invoicing and billing duties.,

• Collating information from ERP system on costs of overhaul (of engine , parts, etc..)
• Segregating costs into cost types for billing onto end customer
• Understanding and interpreting the contract types to be able to determine the amount to invoice to the customer.
• Data interrogation and connecting with operational activity to ensure correct cost liquidation and invoicing to end customer.
• Issuing invoices to customers across various contractual obligations including pre induction, progress, initial and final invoices.
• Working with other teams within the business to drive invoicing performance and improve cash generation.
• Applying Lean principles such as standard work to identify and install continuous process improvement.
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly duties across the team and processes on construction of reporting data and KPI.
  
  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with proven experience in Finance) or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Advanced Excel Skills., Good understanding of site finance processes
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Proven analytical and organizational ability
