Location - London/Surrounding areas - Are able to commute to our London - Paddington Office min once weekly. Identifying and developing opportunities to drive commercial growth through new propositions spanning the core and new verticals, balancing commercial requirements with customer needs and technical capability. You will employ innovative proposition development methodologies, and couple them with a commercial attitude. You will apply your experience in consumer research, product/service design and concept testing, in addition to using Design Thinking and Lean Start-up methodologies to create a strong pipeline of validated products/services.,

• Define proposition vision, strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives
• Proactively find opportunities for new growth through the launch, optimisation or repositioning of propositions. Progress concepts from discovery/incubation to productisation, collaborating closely with the Customer Value Proposition Team
• Act as an ambassador for innovation in the organisation, demonstrating innovative ways of working and creative approaches within VMO2, Telefonica & LG
• Develop a strong understanding of key opportunity spaces defined in conjunction with the Consumer Strategy, Product and Commercial Strategy Teams. Translate them into propositions or new verticals that can be progressed through the funnel
• Define, prioritise and handle a pipeline of new insights in discovery and incubation stages, from initial idea through to developing UX prototypes and low/no tech MVPs
• Leverage creative ways of bringing propositions to life for use in storytelling such as microsites, interactive prototypes, videos, service blueprints
  
  In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
• Long-term experience of working in an innovation team, innovation consultancy, on innovation projects or clear transferable skills e.g - from a service design background
• Experience of the end-to-end innovation process, including customer and market insight development, idea generation, proposition development incubation, and scaling
• Strong team member leadership skills
• Strong customer, commercial, creative, and high-reaching acuity
