  We are looking for a well-rounded Learning and Development Manager with ideally some Food Compliance & Safety experience. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in a factory setting. If you have experience within the food manufacturing industry, particularly in compliance and training development, and are looking for a challenging position that combines leadership, relationship-building, and strategic planning, this is the perfect role for you.

• Relevant Degree or CIPD Qualification\n
• Understanding of food safety regulations, SOP's, Risk Assessments and Industry Specific Laws\n
• Leadership skills to supervise and guide teams, fostering collaboration across departments\n
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate compliance requirements clearly across all levels of the organisation\n
