Full Job Description
Drive Motor Retail is looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating and nurturing leads, helping to drive sales by engaging with potential customers and ensuring a seamless experience.,
- Lead Engagement: Proactively call leads provided by our call centre, re-engaging previous enquirers and visitors to encourage further interest.
- Appointment Scheduling: Work closely with sales executives to manage their diaries, scheduling appointments with leads who are ready for a site visit.
- Follow-Up Calls: Contact customers who have recently visited or completed a purchase to gather feedback, provide additional information, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Database Management: Accurately record customer interactions, ensuring all details are up to date for future follow-ups.
- Customer Relationship Building: Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with potential and existing customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development (automotive experience is a plus). - Confident and articulate phone manner with strong communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to engaging leads and maximising conversion rates.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping detailed records of interactions.
