This intense 12-month programme has been designed to offer a structured Training & Education pathway to support your professional development in becoming a qualified Technical Consultant (TC) for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Business. The Emerging Talent Programme will ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the clinical and business settings to become a highly skilled and highly specialised individual. Following the successful completion of the programme, you will become an independent, customer facing Technical Consultant and an integral part of UK and Ireland Team. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
• Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
• May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
• Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A), 0 years of experience required.
