Full Job Description
We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Strategic Property Planning Project Manager. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working. As a Strategic Property Planning Project Manager, you will lead, manage and implement change projects that develop our long-term property strategy, enhancing value for money and help to create a portfolio of high-quality homes and sustainable communities. Regenerating our homes, estates and creating sustainable places where people want to live, and where communities thrive. You'll be responsible for enhancing our assets through implementing long term property strategies, continuously improving and evolving the way we manage our portfolio and supporting the business in creating and embracing longer term portfolio investment plans. Responsible for the overall creation, management and delivery of these projects, ensuring they are effectively communicated and co-designed with internal and external stakeholders, compliant with best practice, value for money standards and demonstrate social benefits. With day to day you're responsible for managing several project teams comprising multi-disciplinary stakeholders and consultants.,

Applications are welcomed for the role of Strategic Property Planning Project Manager from those with previous experience in the built environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. You must have proven leadership and project management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and delivering results. Skilled in negotiation, time management, problem solving and critical thinking. You'll be confident in taking the initiative and owning decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office, you'll be educated to a GCSE standard or equivalent, including Grade C or above in Maths and English with a relevant professional qualification. Also holding a full valid Driving Licence. - Company Car.
