2 x Teaching Assistants

We are looking for two passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our collaborative academy. We would like candidates who are committed to joining and developing our great team, where 'letting your light shine' is at the heart of all we do. This is an exciting opportunity to join St Matthew's, Derriford, part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust. Your role will include providing general classroom support as well as supporting 1 to 1 with individual pupils at times and assisting the teachers. St Matthew's Primary and Nursery Academy currently has around 500 pupils, who enjoy their learning in a modern, spacious and well-equipped building and supported by dedicated, caring and driven staff who will stop at nothing to ensure that each and every one of them is enabled to let their light shine.

Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: Role 1 - 32.5 hours per week, Role 2 - 2-3 days per week 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Salary: SC2 NJC points 3 Actual Salary £18,234 (32.5 hours per week) (FTE £24,027)
Term Time only: 39 weeks per annum
Annual Leave: Taken outside of term time and paid pro-rata throughout the year (no annual leave to be taken during term time)
