Join Our Team: Administration Clerk - Fracture Clinic, Orthopaedic & Rheumatology Outpatient Department Supporting exceptional care through efficient administration., About the Role:This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday) in a fast-paced department that provides care for adults and children with a variety of orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the delivery of excellent patient care.,

  • Preparing patient notes (both electronic and paper).
  • Receiving and making phone calls, ensuring professional communication.
  • Ordering and managing stationery for the department.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support clinical workflows.
  • Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.

    A proactive and well-organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to supporting the department in delivering outstanding patient care.
