Full Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrator to help our busy team with a variety of office requirements including sending out clinical correspondence.
Main duties will include communicating through SystmOne, formatting and sending letters to service users, booking appointments, minute taking and arranging clinics for our clinical team.
Additional admin duties: dealing with admin requests coming to our mailbox, scanning, uploading and printing documents, updating patient records.
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated, part-time Administrator to join the Primary Care Mental Health Service Countywide, base to be Bridge Street, Peterborough
If you are looking for a new challenge, enjoy variety in your work and wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference for our community by supporting people with mental health needs, then we want to hear from you., Ideal candidate will need to have great typing skills and be able to use audio typing equipment. This part of a role also requires you to use MS Excel & Word, you will need to be confident using MS Office.
You will have great communication skills, well organised and be able to work to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who can offer good support to our colleagues, be a team player and work together to manage workload.
