Full Job Description

We are now looking for an administrator to join the Practice Support Team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will act as the first point of contact for face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries in relation to practice learning, including day-to-day liaison with students, external agencies, and other university departments. You will also provide Administrative Support to the function of the Practice Support Unit, such as the allocation of placements, the processing of placement related documentation.

You will be motivated to provide a high-quality, accessible, customer focussed service to meet the needs of students, staff and stakeholders. You will have previous relevant administrative experience, be capable of working collaboratively with stakeholders and people across the University in a professional manner. You will have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, competency in IT skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
