About the role

This is an exciting time to join City College Norwich working within the Registry team to provide a comprehensive admissions service to our students and colleagues across the College.

You will take responsibility for ensuring admissions administrative tasks are complete, accurate and timely. This will include processing applications, interview and offer management and being a point of contact for all admission related enquires.

You will support the maintenance of a large student database and the interrogation of the data contained within.

You will provide a high-level service to a wide range of customers including students, academic staff and other external stakeholders.

About you

You will have a good standard of education (A-level or Level 3 equivalent). You will have proven organisational skills and experience of operating complex databases sets and systems and enjoy working as part of a team with a customer service focus.
