Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has a risen to appoint an Advanced Clinical Governance and Risk Practitioner (Team Leader) within the Surgery, Women's & Oncology Division. The Division is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated team member who feels confident in working independently and also as a member of the wider multi-disciplinary team. The candidate should have had exposure to managing risk, involvement in incident investigation and have safety at the core of their agenda., The post holder will work closely with the Divisional Director of Nursing in leading the clinical governance agenda within SUWON Division, managing the clinical governance team in the further development of robust systems and processes throughout the Division in relation to clinical governance and quality, which underpin safe clinical practice. This role encompasses risk management, patient safety, clinical audit and clinical effectiveness programmes.
