Air Conditioning Engineer

We have a great opportunity for a Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in the North West. As part of the regional mobile team, you will be required to assist the team in the efficient delivery of the PPM and reactive maintenance activities. You will be required to deliver a wide range of statutory and routine PPM's as well as reactive maintenance activities that will require completing in-line with specific contract SLA's. The Ideal candidate will be competent to deliver high quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines where required and appropriate, but with particular attention being given to experience in working with their primary discipline - Air-con / Refrigeration Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards and Atlas competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
• Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works
• Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are 'kept in the loop' through feedback and regular updates
• Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
• Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
• Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service
• Report on performance to your Technical Service Manager
• Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas works, including those of our service partners
• Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
• Liaise with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.
• Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other Atlas colleagues
• Ensure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
• Take ownership of the standard of work delivered ensuring exceptional service to the customer.
  
  NVQ level 3 in given trade
• Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
• City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)
Essential Knowledge,Skills and Experience for this role
• Good understanding of modern office software.
• Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
• 3 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
• 2 years' experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
• Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
