Full Job Description

As a key member of the Asset Complex Projects team the Business Support will provide a highly professional service focusing on actively supporting a range of property management related duties. The role holder will provide a professional business support service and assist in the delivery of all types of building surveys, inspections, works and task planning, data collection and management, project management and ensuring compliance with grant funded requirements The post will be based in Warrington but travel to our other locations will be required. The vacancy is a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is an important role in which you will:

  • Be responsible for providing a full range of support services to a multi-disciplinary technical team, including, but not
  • limited to, pre-planned, response repair, maintenance, empty properties, compliance, planning and investment activities.
  • Ensure all work areas are successfully delivered within target and standard and that evidence and audit trails are maintained.
  • To possess the technical expertise and knowledge to collect and update the asset management, housing and financial management
  • systems.
  • To monitor the progress of all assigned tasks and ensure a proactive approach is maintained to satisfy both internal and
  • external customers' requests for service 'right first time'.

  • Be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4 or above in at least Mathematics and English or able to demonstrate an equivalent
  • level of knowledge gained through extensive and relevant experience within an applicable work function
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-years' experience of working in a business support function within a technical working environment.
  • Evidence of and commitment to continual professional and personal development.
